Thanks very much for the prompt fix on our site, and thanks SO much for the time you spent with me, walking me thru the backup procedures, downloading apps, logging on to my computer, wow! That was amazing, particularly so since yesterday I was a bit ill, I'd just gotten over a long flu cycle, and I was pretty much out of it, and when you'd called I'd actually been taking a nap! (But I sure was glad to get the call!) I've never had a "support" cycle where a technical person took so much care to make sure things were perfect.

Also, thanks for the tips on the passwords, my wife and I are both going to implement your advice, a much more intelligent solution to hiding passwords all over the house and not being able to find them.....

Again, this was so appreciated!
